Waves Central activates them but does not actually install them. I tried to reinstall my old plugins, several times. Now ALL my plugins are gone, the waveshells files simply dont appear in any folder. I contacted Waves support and they asked me to make a clean uninstall/reinstall of waves central.

It was not: I updated to V11 but only my old V10 were there in my PC after installation.

I entered in my waves account and decided to update all my plugins to V11, because I thought that could be the issue. The new plugin never showed up on any of the satandard folders. Waves released a new plugin that is V11, I bought it, activated and installed it using Waves Central. I had several Waves V10 plugins working fine on Adobe Audition (only V10, no V9´s or V11´s so far). So basically I can't open any of my sessions since they all rely heavily on Waves plugins and I don't have endless time to wait for Waves support to finally reply to me. I am currently waiting for a response from them, which seems to take around 24 hours per reply, no matter how quickly I reply So I sent them a Dropbox link but they can´t open that either "due to security reasons" ).

I have also contacted their support but it's been 5 days now and they still have not managed to open the installation log and system report I sent them (I could not attach the zip to my email because Gmail blocked it so I had to use Google Drive but their tech support were unable to open it.

There seems to be no way to just download and install V10 of Waves Central which I know works on my system. I also tried to install a legacy version from here:, but that comes with V11 of Waves Central (which is really weird) and so netted the same results. I even removed every trace of Waves products from my system before trying a re-install of the program. I have tried everything suggested by Waves in the following link: My system is a Razer Blade Stealth laptop with an Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD and running Windows 10. I even tried running the "version organizer within Waves Central but I of course got the following error: So I tried repairing the program, but got this error: When installing plugins I get the following error: But now nothing works in V11 apart from moving licenses between my device and the cloud. Waves Central V10 worked 100% and I never had even the slightest issue with the program. I upgraded from V10 right away.and that is when **** hit the fan. Waves just released Waves Central V11 as many of you probably know.
